Why THE FUCK is that piece of heavy equipment on that road to begin with? I'm pretty sure it's not safe to operate equipment with a blind spot in FRONT of the vehicle that is as big as Tiananmen Square. Oh China, you are mysterious. And stupid as fuck all.
Those kind of countries, [even developed], don't have exactly the same kind of safety standards as say those implemented here in the U.S., Canada, or England. Even here, road accidents-pedestrian/roadworker, happens frequently.
