Technically, this girl would be considered a pedophile in America since she was an adult (19) presumably having sex with a child (17). So, since she was raping a child, I wonder if some states would let the boy off light for psychological damage.

It's a 2 and a half yr difference. Besides 16 is the age of consent in most states so you're not making any sense
