Evangelical Pastor Shot and Killed in Front of a Bakery
Justice orders preventive detention of the shooter who killed evangelical pastor R. S. in Brazil. The Justice responded to the request of the delegate Wellington Pinheiro, of the 2nd Civil Police and converted the blatant arrest of L. A. G. into preventive detention. At the time of the arrest he was with the gun, vehicle and clothes used in the crime. He is noted as the author of the murder that occurred last Wednesday, November 22, that victimized the businessman and evangelical pastor R. C. d. S, of the Church Ministry Apostolic Prophetic Sons of Leão. The crime happened around 9:30 a.m. in front of the victim's commercial establishment, a bakery. Surveillance camera images of the surrounding areas revealed the identity of the perpetrator, the vehicle used and the destination he followed. They also demonstrated that the accused remained close to the scene, monitoring the victim for some time. Two other people are being investigated for the crime. The businesswoman R. P. G. is listed as the crime commander and her son, L, is also suspected of having participated in the murder. The three ended up crossing each other in the corridors of the Police Station, but only the "paisano" remained arrested. The businesswoman and her son have been released but remain under investigation. The motive for the crime is still being determined by the Civil Police. But the mainstream addresses a “judicial issue” between the alleged commander and the victim, which prompted a moral harm action against her, including a hearing scheduled for the day after the crime, Thursday, 11/23. After acquiring a valuable watch in the defendant's shop and having delayed two parcels, R. was personally charged by the businesswoman at the bakery she managed, causing embarrassment in front of customers. R. asked for compensation of 10 minimum wages, in terms of moral damages. |

A preventive detention  So let me get the math on this.. the preacher defamated her bakery and Co worker, her son and herself (crime commander) collaborated in his death.. the co worker (triggerman) ends up fall guy, while mother and son are free because they can afford a lawyer |
