The guy that was killed was actually picking something up from the road, as was the guy behind him still on the pavement line. Maybe they were picking debris up or something. But because he was in shadow and the bike came so fast......boom. Gone in less than sixty seconds.

Whats curious is the killed guy could be wounded so badly and the biker gets right up. They don't attempt rescussitation or nothing on the hit guy. His brains don't appear to be hanging out, a pool of blood doesn't appear around him.

Maybe these latinos aren't into CPR? I wonder how the conversation among the onlookers / first responders goes:

There is a push bike on it's side next to the guy who got hit so he may have just fallen off his bike, hence being in the middle of the road.
