Surviving abdominal evisceration is amazing.. The secondary infections from all his shit laying on deck will kill him for sure  Peritonitis, sepsis, infection, then death.. Unless, luck is on his side, he's fucked either way...

This story happened in California. They were able to lay the innards on ice in a koolmate ice chest and rush him to the hospital. He sat in the ER for approximately 3 hours before being seen. They refused to admit him because it was superficial wounds...so they just gave him 2 aspirin and said, "call us in the morning"...he went home and ended up dying. His dear mother went to the home and discovered his disemboweled body...while bringing him the mail. In the stack of bills was one for $847.36 for the 2 minute ambulance ride. Poor chap didn't have insurance.  DAMN HMO!!
