Clearly the cop pointed that gun at the security guards chest. The security guard acted quickly, and would have been on the other end of that shot...I'd say justified.

That was a good shoot! Dumbass! You pull a gun out you best expect to get shot at. In this case dumbass had a drink in one hand and he's flashing his gun in the other, actually in the guys face. If that's not asking for a bullet that's begging for one. Idiot!

i think with this video, self defense will be ruled out. the bodyguard already have the assailant half disarmed and wasn't struggling too much with the bodyguard's pistol pointed at the excop's neck. He didnt have to squeeze the trigger but he did. it will still be homicide or murder i think.
