This is what I saw happen:

Bodyguard in white shirt is "open" carrying his gun on the left (you can see the holster strap across his chest). Also present, is club Owner; however, Owner is out-of-view, off to Bodyguard's right and several steps away, under the camera (until the end of the clip).

Before Cop exits club, you see Doorman facing club door; its Doorman's job to watch club door.

As Cop begins exiting club, Doorman starts walking backwards, because Doorman is not going to take his eyes off Cop. When Cop sees Bodyguard, he starts moving towards Bodyguard while drawing his weapon (in his right hand).

Bodyguard, anticipating exit of Cop is prepared to defend himself and to protect club Owner (who is standing a safe distance away from the anticipated altercation. Violent dance ends with Bodyguard shooting Cop (in Cop's back using left-hand gun). You can see Bodyguard is then holding both guns: his own (fired) in his left hand and the cop's (unfired) in his right hand. He takes a few steps to the right for a moment and says something about what happend to his boss who remains out of view under the camera.

Bodyguard is not going to let go of either of these guns until the cops come; then he will surrender both guns to the cops. He will do this because he's not going to risk having them (as evidence) getting lost or tampered with.

Now, chaos ensues inside the club and some ppl come rushing out upset and in shock. One of these peeps is Stripe-shirt Guy who starts sniffing around the "crime scene". (Stripe-shirt Guy may be a friend of ShotCop and is likely wanting and looking and asking to know if ShotCop is dead).

Bodyguard responds by pointing both guns at Stripe-shirt guy while telling him to mind his own business and to get lost. Bodyguard is prepared to deal with ShotCop and the ambulance and get him to a hospital and to answer to the cops. Stripe-shirt Guy gets lost.

Next, bodyguard goes off camera (to the right) and tells the club Owner that he'd better go back into the club and get So-and-So (possibly Owner's main squeeze or sugar mama) out of the club before the cops show up and that the two of them should both go get-lost for the rest of the evening. If the cops ask for Owner, Bodyguard will tell them they can call him and find him at home.

Club Owner (in long-sleeve white shirt) obeys: you see him run into the club, only to emerge with So-and-So and the two of them hop into their car (parked in front) and take off to go-get-lost as the clip ends.

I figure bodyguard sticks around to answer to the cops. He knows the tape will back him up. Doorman and barcrew manage the patrons and scene until the cops arrive. Then they empty the club according to the wishes of the cops.

With a second look, it is obv that Stripe-shirt Guy is a friend of ShotCop; he does or says something off camera (in the parking lot area) that is threatening. You can tell this by the way the other people are reacting and retreating in fear away from him back into the club for shelter. Possibly off-camera, Stripe-shirt Guy may have actually pulled another gun on Bodyguard. Possibly Bodybuard responds by firing his own weapon or a warning shot at Stripe-shirt. The outcome is that Stripe-shirt Guy change his mind about getting involved or sticking around. Bodyguard is determined to control this "crime scene".

looks to me like he disarmed the guy in blue like a boss, and shot him in the neck with his own gun(left hand), while holding his other gun in his right hand....
