Re: Emptying Clips into a Rival Gang Member
Saw a few people saying this was Brazil and not Venezuela like OP said it was. Dig it: Portuguese NEVER ends words with an "oh" sound, it always shifts into an "ew" sound. When dude in the first second pronounces "como" like "coh-moh" instead of "coh-moo" you know it's in Spanish.

Re: Emptying Clips into a Rival Gang Member
The camera's sound compression algorithm normalized the volume level of their voices against the loud sound of the shots, but did not normalize their voice between shots, that is why their voice lowered during shooting, resulting in that strange sound. |

Re: Emptying Clips into a Rival Gang Member
If this had been a military mission and I saw my troops wasting rounds like that, I'd be chewing their stupid wasteful asses out.
