why can't they deal w their problems more productively? yes...concentrate on the pain...see where that gets u. should be concentrating more on "hunting the good stuff."

When it's all consuming, it's impossible to think about anything else. Keep in mind that people who do this can't cope anyway, at least not without some guidance from a professional.
