~ The guy who initially got electrocuted most likely did the same mistake as the rescuer.
~ The rescuer accidentally & stupidly touched the tip of the first guy's left foot who he was rescuing, on one of the menagerie of electrical wires, as he was trying to pull him up.
~ There are rarely any second chances when it comes to live wires.
