I’ve often wondered that myself. Internal organs burning to a crisp can’t smell pretty though.
When I used to work in the Operating Rooms, we used cautery quite a bit to stop capillary bleeds from filling up the space we were operating. After the first two years, you finally get used to it and can deal with it no problem...HOWEVER, it's isolated in a very small area....not the whole fucking body like this poor sumbich.
