are you serious ? if you are close to those lines when live you can hear and feel the current. my only guess is that his money grabbing bosses told him that they isolated one line only and left the others live. I'm pretty sure that procedure isn't in the manual. And I'm also sure he wasn't replacing the power cable on his own, way to heavy for one person to manage that kind of job and no engineer in the world would be working with a long dangling cable near live lines, I think he was probably working on the ceramic insulators, removing a vulture nest or something like that... |
