Re: Electrical Worker Dies After Being Shocked Working on Some Power Lines
I've seen enough of these, so I want to know: is it regulation to shut down the power, are power bosses too dickish to provide such a method or does nothing actually exist to do so in these developing countries? I suppose Trump says stuff for a reason? |

His company (or he himself) seriously need to look in to their training procedures because they're REALLY not working properly at the moment unfortunately and people are dying because of their inability to adhere to basic and absolutely essential electrical safety advice x R.I.P x

Re: Electrical Worker Dies After Being Shocked Working on Some Power Lines
it appears that a new pole was set (dark brown taller pole) and he is transferring the communication cable, he has some sort of sling tied up to the new pole to help him transfer. that sling is tied up high where the high voltage is and the sling being old, greasy and dirty made a good conductor energizing the comm. and zap. IMHO
