I'm guessing no electrocution, no sparks, no smoke, didn't tense up, just caught his hair in the lift. Documenting Reality shows how easy it is to fuck up and get killed. Knee-grows, air shows, rally races, flame thrower alcohol bottles, indoor concert fireworks, Lubricanos*/Brapzillians, so many ways to get killed. I will be more careful when riding open lifts from now on...
