Footage from a surveillance camera of show a horrific accident in which an elderly man was killed on August 20.

The video shows a cyclist coming from one street and wanting to cross the main road. He paused to miss one car that passed the street and then walked over when he estimated the next car to be a safe distance away. However, the oncoming car was moving at high speed and did not, as can be inferred from the shot, brake to miss the cyclist.
