Elderly Man on Bicycle Run Over by Concrete Mixer Truck at Construction Site
Vietnam, The concrete mixer truck was slowing down to maneuver or navigate a pothole near the active entry zone. The elderly man on the bicycle moved directly in front of the vehicle into a critical blind spot right as the truck driver accelerated, leading to the fatal collision. Hanoi traffic police arrived shortly after the incident to handle the forensic measurements. |

shouldn'tve ridden his bike right in the middle of the truck's path while also being oblivious to what was happening around him.
