The Ukranians are using social media as much as they can to win the propaganda war (one of their ministers said as much). But I don't think the Russian military cares much about Twitter.

the Ukrainians are doing this themselves; the persons fleeing are shot on sight as they are supposed to be in their homes, human shielding heavy artillery placed between said homes.

My only hope is we see that burned out assault vehicle farther down the road, with the crew laying dead next to it.

Too bad there wasn't a Ukrainian anti-tank crew near there, to give them some swift justice.

I hope the Ukrainians have the opportunity to do this to the Russians as they flee. The Russians are doing it to themselves. Russians are supposed to stay within the border of Russia, or be killed on sight.
