Wouldn't the guy need to show a history of mental illness or some sort of diagnosis for it before he could claim that? Just because his father says something about it doesn't mean much because obviously he would be biased and looking for leniency.

what I am saying is that it doesn't really matter either way if this is because of mental illness or not. he shouldn't get much leniency in the courts. you don't get to break laws because you are dealing with shit. you only get to break laws if you are so insane that you can't understand what law is. So what does it matter if he is mentally ill? Its not an excuse either way.

there are plenty of mentally ill people who don't attack others. and the ones who do get convicted of crimes and locked up.

Yeah I totally agree. When Americans owned slaves they always treated them with the utmost respect. I saw that as well, I wonder why the media isn’t talking about this. I thought the video with the female was even more disturbing. One of the local papers quoted the Detroit police saying there were more beatings at that nursing home.

I took screen-caps for those two videos before those videos were taken down. I’m surprised YouTube didn’t shutdown his whole channel, they’ve shutdown conservative YouTubers for far less. Who knows, maybe YouTube was even monetizing those videos. The part that gets you is the cavalier depiction he gave for his acts in the title of both of those videos. He used the word ‘... prank’ in both as if he’s is something you’d see on Jackass.
