Re: Elder Abuse
If it was the other way around, white on black, there'd be chimpouts all over the US.

Re: Elder Abuse
Bruh, I see what you're saying, but what you wrote can actually be construed as quite offensive to monkeys. I doubt any self-respecting monkey—be it at the zoo or in the wild—would do someyhing like that to a helpless old man. This whatever-invertebrate-species-he-belongs-to specimen here, would have a lot of evolving to do as a shitfly, to be worthy of being considered even a lowly monkey. But that might be offensive to both excrement and flies.

Re: Elder Abuse
First: This is a sick act, no doubt. While the assailant is claimed to have had mental issue, (he was a patient in the facility as well) I still think he should be arrested and charged. Second: Is it fair to say the media isn't covering something the instant a video is released (leaked) to the public, and there isn't a news story with it? Most of the AP organizations are bound by journalism ethics principles they try to follow. (I will give you that it's barely followed at this point by some). Anyway, to effectively report the news you need facts not speculation. something as simple as getting the elderly victims ages correct (75 years old not 95). Third: I am starting to see what you guys are talking about when it comes to the media's disproportionate coverage however. I do believe this will see less coverage than if the races were reversed. That is just my guess at this point. https://www.wxyz.com/news/region/det...19-says-father |
