This is why I don’t shop at Restaurant Depot. Been there twice and in that short time I witnessed a scholarly African gentleman physically fighting the cashier when his EBT card declined. In front of his baby mama and children too, of course. Lol. God bless America.  |

the victim was identified as Máximo José Hassell Díaz, a foreign national. Officers who responded to the scene confirmed that the man had three 9mm gunshot wounds to the head. Four pieces of ballistic evidence were also collected. He worked as a stevedore, loading and unloading fish.
