Re: Ecuador: Firefighters Unable To Save Suicidal Man
This is why I won't do a bungee jump. I was born because of broken rubber and i’m not gonna die the same way. |

Re: Ecuador: Firefighters Unable To Save Suicidal Man
"Bad Police Procedure" is spot on. Can't believe they would risk the safety of those cops to 'save' someone who doesn't want to live. That one cop is going to be at least sore and bruised if not worse falling down in an accidental or 'heroic' lunge to save the 'guest voter'.

Re: Ecuador: Firefighters Unable To Save Suicidal Man
Courtesy of Google Translate: This Tuesday morning it was reported that a citizen was threatening to commit suicide in a building in Puerto Santa Ana. The emergency was reported at approximately 06:30, help arrived at the scene, however the man ended up taking his own life. The man, who would be of foreign nationality, was at the window of the 17th floor and threatened to jump out of the building, for which he broke the glass. He also had in his possession two white weapons. |
