To be fair, Stockton CA has always been fucked up. Republican gov or not.
That place has no hope. Everytime I've driven through stockton on I-5 at 65-70 mph non-stop without reducing my speed my wheels and tires get stolen. One second I'm driving not a care in the world, next second I'm stopped dead and my trucks on blocks no wheels.
