this is just cops using there power to kill another kid fuck the police after the first 2 shots im sure there was not much he could do these cops should be fined and thrown in jail wtf you expect the guy to do your not going to just sit still after being shot and in that much pain wtf police i hope you get what is coming to you  |

LOL! That was a clear case of suicide by cop. Trust me, if you get shot and you're told not move or to extend your arms, you will comply and begging not be shot again.

Once a person is down and incapacitated like that you would think they would just move and cuff him. Not sure standing 5 foot away and blasting him with a shotgun is the proper response.  |

Because many cops has been killed after approaching to a suspect that they didint clearly see where their hands are. This is a clear suicide by cop and you are a clueless person. |

The cop could have clearly ran up on him and grabbed his arms after the first shot. What happened to bean bags, tasers, and nets? Also, they even stated that they had a dog. They just wanted to kill someone!!! |
