Does anyone know any more about the type of brain trauma that causes this sort of reaction? I saw a dude get shot in the head with a small calibre in Vancouver once, he behaved similarly. Lying on his back, using his legs to shove away from his spot and searching blindly for footing to push from. Complete loss of orientation, slow motion babble. He actually made it a couple of feet before dying.
