I have never seen something like this, brain damage for sure!! I'm thinking in his mind he felt weird so got an OCD on feeling himself, specially where blood was coming out.

Any expert could explain this to us??

Left and Right motor skills are controlled by opposite sides of the brain.i.e he is shot in the right hemisphere and the left hand side of his body does not work.
