It's because the people in control of those governments don't care about the citizens or the country at all except to the extent that they can further their own wealth and power. They are despots and monsters.  |

You bet and as much as it rips me up I force myself to watch these as to not take my freedoms for granted and try and understand what people are going through for basic rights over there. Very fucking sad!  |

I've had someone die in my arms just like in this video. It's crazy to see how a complete different culture reacts in the same way as mine to something like this. It shows an odd connection that I think we all share. I don't know, just makes me think.

Some of them are speaking spanish. One of them said "me salvo" which means "he saved me". Brave man.
