Maybe was riding next to a large truck / 18 wheeler and fell into it, they didn't know it happened and drove away. I have seen that happen before in Chicago area, truck driver thinks they hit a bump. But she (he?) is so fucked up, like roadkill where driver kept going over it or a semi or CEMENT MIXER hit the brakes on them and extruded them across the pavement. You don't expect that in Den Haag, Dutch ride their bikes everywhere and they are generally kind and intelligent.
