Having been to that area of the world, I can say the loudness is immediately jarring. Everyone rides on their horns all damn day, for instance. In the US car horns are barely used. In UAE area and India everyone is driving with one hand on the horn. Honestly, I don’t know what’s worse. The silent accidents in the US or the blaring of South Asia.
