Dump Truck Driver Runs Over Student on Bicycle
Malaysia. The victim was travelling from his grandfather’s home ftogether with a group of student friends when a 26-year-old lorry driver run over him. He has since recorded his statement with the authorities, and the case will be investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act (APJ) 1987 for driving in a reckless manner or at a dangerous speed. Friends of the victim who were riding bicycles with him at the time, in addition to any other witnesses at the scene, have been urged to come forward and file a statement with the police. |
