Watch the windshield as the truck makes the turn. You can see the top of the guy's head through the windshield. If we can see it, the driver should have seen it. I don't think he <i>decided</i> to kill this guy, I think he just wasn't looking / paying attention. But it's definitely not a case of him not being <i>able</i> to see him. |
