I was going to say repost as well. But the one I remember where that guy was also wearing similar color clothing, I think he hit a pole.
With this guy in the vid, looks like something catapulted from below the train and dropped him ASAP. Maybe the train wheel ran over a piece of wood or something, and it hit him.
