Two videos of a Chinese man convulsing his body, bleeding from his mouth and lying dead in front of a nightclub were circulated on the Internet, on March 11, 2019 causing heated discussions among netizens.

It is understood that the case took place at around 4:00 am at the entrance of a famous nightclub in the center of Kuala Lumpur.

The deceased convulsed and lay on the ground, bleeding from the corner of his mouth; one of the friends around him was at a loss, and the other poured water into the mouth of the deceased.

As seen in the picture, the man who fell to the ground seemed to be unable to control himself, his whole body was twitching, and the corners of his mouth were still bleeding; beside the man were two men in black and gray, and the man in black sat beside the man in a daze, at a loss. One poured water into the man's mouth.

It is reported that the ambulance arrived at the scene within half an hour, but the man had lost signs of life. After the medical staff examined the man, he was confirmed dead.

The scene attracted many people to watch, and there was a lot of discussion. There were rumors that the deceased was an overdose of drugs, which caused him to be unable to control himself and bit his tongue to kill himself;
