Drunken Forklift Driver Runs Over Woman in Warehouse Yard
Arad, Romania A woman died after being struck by a forklift in the yard of a construction materials warehouse in Arad. The vehicle was being driven by a 49-year-old man who was under the influence of alcohol. Police determined that the driver had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.30 mg/L of pure alcohol in exhaled air. He was taken to a medical facility for the collection of biological samples. A criminal case has been opened for manslaughter. |

ETOH is an abbreviation for ethanol (the specific type of alcohol found in intoxicating drinks), and is often used as a shorthand for alcohol.
