Hanging out with people that do lame shit like that sucks. I have had some people that I knew that couldnt handle their liquor, but we dont leave em on the street, we pick them up and put them on the fucking sidewalk at least.. Now everyone gets to see how drunken stupidity is applied late at night, on a dark street, near a corner, and literally out of sight to oncoming traffic. |

I would've thought that the person filming the CCTV recording would know that something bad happened to the guy. Why tf... was he screaming when the recording of the guy got run over? Maybe it's the guy's alcoholic brother.
