I normally give 5 stars for about anything, but this was so poorly filmed, they guy might as well not even have been there. He should have stayed in the parking lot.

The lack of preparedness amazes me. Fire. Flammable liquid. Straw outfit. No safety margins between the three and no one thought about a bucket of water or a hose or a fire extinguisher on standby? It isn't like this is a hidden hazard. Regardless of nation, we all, for the most part, have almost unlimited knowledge available to us. No one involved in this debacle ever saw or heard of a tragedy involving fire? For a nation that churns out Ph Ds, they are a bunch of idiots.
