I've noticed this reaction many times in many videos here on DR no matter the county, religion, creed, etc. Someone witnesses a horrific accident or event, and they put their hands on top of their head.

Watch the guy drinking in the red shirt at the far left in the first video. He turns around, notices what happened and points it out to someone, then immediately goes back to drinking his beer. His priorities in life are clear. I bet he sleeps well

Guy in the white shirt filming it like it's daily business, which easily could be so.
