Can already see how this is going to play out. Zero chance they get an indictment..... Attorney for the two men charged...... "So a man shows up shitfaced accusing my client of assault. Police send the man away and now you want to charge MY client with a crime?!?" Theres no living victim to give a statement on the record and any physical evidence went away in the fire. |
