There should be a punchcard allowing us so many pedestrians a year no questions asked. Only after filling it completely do you get a prison sentence. That way these idiots walking in the damn road or moseying through parking lots will look at you and wonder “has this guy filled his card yet?” And get out of the fucking way just in damn case you haven’t and you’re having a bad day. Do a point system like the military has. You get 10 punches and it resets annually. Regular traffic violations are worth a single punch or two. Hitting a civilian is three punches. You can safely hit three people a year so long as you have no other violations. No other citations. No monetized ticketing. Just a punch card and that’s it. Traffic solved. |
