...why is that transformer so exposed? While the drunk guy is responsible for his own death (...and if the electrocution didn't kill him, the head trauma from the brick may well have), even slapping on some side panels or a fence could have reduced the probability of this happening. |

theres absolutely no reason what he grabbed should be energized. it looks as if he grabbed a fence surrounding some type of switchgear. something live must have been touching this fence, or maybe it could have been induction. Either way that is some ratty ass power grid to have something so exposed to public like that

His motor skills were completely intact. He did not appear to be under the influence of any kind of substance/s. He makes good choices in life, takes charge, and has a tendency to hold on to things too long |
