Omfg all the screaming is fucking annoying. I usually enjoy it but this shit was terrible.
Terrible all over the place!
Army guy was able to unholster and shoot the cop despite he already had him at gun point.

Army guy left a living enemy in possession of his firearm and had no killer instinct to finish him off when he got his pistol covered under his body, making him a lethal threat.

Cop was unable to react in time to avoid being shot.

Army guy didn't have a soldier mentality.

Both of them are failures in their intended duties.
