Why "coldblooded"? If the drug dealers were US-cops and the victim a black guy, everybody would call it "shot on the run"....
But they weren't US cops they were mexican psychopaths. And he wasn't black, he wasn't shot on the run either, he was shot in the struggle and then tried to run for his life with whatever energy he had that wasn't spurting out of his body. Unarmed, perpetrators laughing, knowing his own fate. I'm not sure there are too many definitions other than cold-blooded that i can think of.
