Drowned Woman Floating in the River
Brazil, A 7 year old boy riding a bike near a river, together with his grandparent and her companion, lost his balance and fell into the river.  He could not swim so the grandmother jumped into the river to save him but she couldn't swim eighter so she drowned also.  Her companion then went into the river to save the two and also ended up disappearing in the waters. The woman's body was filmed floating by and further down the river pulled out the river by firefighters. The man and child were never found. |

You figure after the child and the grandmother couldn't swim you'd go for help instead of tempting fate yourself.  It's still sad though. |

Go yourself = still a slim chance to save them Look for help = they die anyway I'd go myself if one of mine were drowning. Even though I can swim, but that's beyond the point. I would even if I couldn't swim. |

I felt really sad about the kid falling in. As I kept reading though, first about the grandmother and then the companion, that sadness turned into astonishment.
