I don't give a fuck about mental, either. If you are sane enough to confront a cop with a weapon, you are sane enough to be shot right off your feet. Same thing for people who kill, then try and get mercy because they were mentally challenged, mentally ill, etc. FUCK THAT! If you were sane enough to do the crime, you are sane enough to die for it.
