Wondering what Russians are doing in civilian vehicle
Not sure how we know Russians, but there was a bunch of military guys stuffed in that car and going somewhere. Note the shrapnel throughout the sheet metal, so that was some hell in there for sure when the package went off.

Roger that... When the first guy rolled out of the vehicle he had like a full cast on his leg as he convulsed..

The other guy who crawled out had like injury to the left lower leg..

Not sure if these guys were trying to go to another echelon of care or to seek medical help.. Not sure what to speculate, but riding in a civilian vehicle seems is pretty desperate IMHO
