crazy how unlucky these guys got, the bomb would have landed outside the car but they moved and lined the bomb up with the sunroof at the last second

What kind of weapon is this? It didn't look physically destructive.....was it like sound waves or something? The guys are writhing in pain, but no visible blood.....I know nothing about artillery.....is this normal?

Looks like a mortar shell to me, small and light enough to be carried and dropped by drones.
