How long did these poor people have to wait for EMT? And sad to see that one of those still alive, at the crosswalk, died. The one right in the crosswalk hasn’t moved her legs. And seeing that one persons leg rip off from his body...    Driver had enough time to slow down and stop. |

The driver had enough time to see the people crossing the road. If he wasn't speeding, this wouldn't have happened. I don't know the laws in China, but in England, cars have to stop for pedestrians on a zebra crossing.

Pedestrians always have the right of way when crossing at a green light while walking in the zebra zone.  |

Yes, but whose at fault doesn't matter if you're dead. Always use caution, always look even if you're on green or it's your right of way, never rely on others for your safety |
