Video will not play on phones but works on my tablet . poor victims 3 them dead for being white .one was killed a week ago over a disagreement that men was a Hispanic .this peace of trash hid over a 7-11 Roof top and may his way to a school to hide . the school where closed due to spring brank thank god .

My husband was working across the street from where the PG&E truck came to a stop. He saw the passenger dead and the truck window shot out. He has a CC permit but his company doesn't allow for him to arm himself for protection. This was the second time he has been in the area of a shooting downtown, the other being a shooting at the courthouse.
