it's better to kill the individual hit, you will get some jail time and pay a set amount of damages to the family. If that person lives and is seriously injured, then you can go to jail and pay for that person for the rest of their lives. Welcome to China. Looks to me the person behind the wheel panicked and stepped on the gas. Now it's murder with attempt to flee justice, that's usually the death penalty. There's been a few high profile cases just like that in the past. |

In China, if you injure someone you have to pay to support them for the rest of their life. If you kill them, all you have to do is pay the family off. Rich do that all the time.

yeah, but did she have the "don't walk" signal flashing? If not, then who's the real offender here? The "Finish Him!" move was a bit over the top though, regardless. The passenger knew what was up and tried to bail.  |

That woman wasn't looking where she was going..at all. Could have been a 'compensation' trap. Maybe the driver knew it for what is was... and thought 'you wanna play games? Let's fucking play then!' People WANT to get run over in some countries. Simply for the payout. |
