Two men were found dead this morning, inside a trunk of a vehicle, on a road that leads to the a settlement 30 kilometers from Natal, Brazil. The unidentified victims were shot at close range and put in the trunk of their car.

According to local police reports, the double murder may have occurred at dawn, because some residents in the area heard shots at around 1 am.

The Chevrolet Vectra model had its doors unlocked and stopped in the middle of a bush in the area. A chemical was spread in some spots inside the car to hinder the expertise of fingerprints.

The Civil Police, as well as an Itep team were activated to initiate investigative and identificatory procedures. The double execution may be linked to a series of murders recorded in recent months in the same area.
