I often wonder about Tijuana. The people live terribly, but they always manage to drive shit sport utility type vehicles. Typical Latino priorities. Do not go to Tijuana. If you do not get extorted by the local police, the locals will try to rob you. No hate, just the facts. I used to visit and travel to Ensenada to help up some gringo friend who have their boats there. No mas. It is not worth the trouble.
